- Sales- Account acquisition: Focus on generating leads, attending events, and networking to build and maintain relationships with key industry figures, including founders, investors, and exchanges (CEX and DEX).
- Work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure client success.

Project Management Intern

Responsibilities
Project Management: Assist our technology development team with overall awareness and management of project timelines and deliverables
- Operational Efficiency: Assist Account Managers with optimization of business and administrative processes
- Stakeholder Management: Coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely execution
- Product Testing: To test our technology products for quality assurance before sending out to clients

Venture Building Intern

Singapore, Full Time (On-Site)

Responsibilities

Research & Due Diligence: Conduct research, due diligence and analysis of companies, markets and sectors across different geographies.
- Coordinate Sales and Marketing Functions: Prepare marketing materials on social media platform (Facebook, Instagram and email marketing etc) and plan marketing events.
- Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Scouting new leads/start-ups which are potential deals for investments and preparation of presentation materials as well as other relevant documents such as financial models.
- Venture Building & Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement and assist with corporate development work for portfolio companies

Corporate Secretary Account

Singapore, Full Time (On-Site)

Responsibilities
You will be working directly our founding team to:
- Oversees day-to-day financial activities and accounts for BlockOffice & Clients
- Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and regulations first, before learning and working on Offshore Clients – Learn from seniors
- Uphold accurate and current financial records, including reconciliations of bank statements and the preparation of financial reports.
- Execute the prompt and accurate processing of invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other departments to gather essential financial information and promptly resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive financial statements and supporting documentation for audits.
